
Project Summary
The continuation of the linear park concept from North 15th Street west to North 33rd street Canal. The project would include canal enlargement, reshaping, pedestrian walkways, lighting and landscaping.
Project Benefits
The primary goal of this project is to provide an ecologically sensitive means of stormwater conveyance, water quality improvements and stormwater protection. In addition these improvements will create an unique neighborhood amenity for the surrounding community with the creation of a linear park. Aesthetic upgrades as well as continued efforts to improve the water quality to the Indian River Lagoon is a benefit to all.
